Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer for Zillow Home Loans to originate and manage purchase loans from application to closing. Work within Zillow’s ecosystem to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, in a remote role with location restrictions.

You’ll operate in either a high-volume, phone-based environment or a consultative, market-based model, guided by clear KPIs and supported by Zillow’s brand, platform, and centralized operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience with a strong emphasis on purchase transactions.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage purchase mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Convert opportunities into funded loans through proactive follow-up and borrower consultation.
• Build relationships with customers and with Zillow Preferred Agents and local partners.
• Manage an active pipeline and meet service levels, productivity metrics, and funding expectations.
• Leverage Zillow’s CRM, LOS, and data-driven tools to manage pipeline health and engagement.
