Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a PubSec Client Director to expand existing accounts and win new public sector clients.

You will manage strategic relationships with IT and business executives, oversee a robust sales pipeline, and position SHI’s IT solutions to align with customer objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive growth, forecast revenue, and build trusted advisor relationships across SHI’s public sector portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct IT sales experience.
• 5+ years of sales management experience.
• Ability to travel 10% to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Responsibilities

• Develop business in existing customers and win new clients to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate CRM to forecast and manage the business.
• Position and communicate SHI’s portfolio to map to customer objectives.
• Collaborate with pre and post-sales internal support teams.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting Strategic and Trusted Advisor relationships with key IT and Business Executives.
