Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PubSec Client Director to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients, aligning SHI's portfolio with customer objectives. The role requires building strategic relationships with IT and business executives and managing a robust sales pipeline.

The Client Director will collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive growth, forecast accurately in CRM, and develop detailed account plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in direct IT sales.
• 5+ years of experience in sales management.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and spend 50% outside of office.
• Advanced sales or technology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business in existing customers and win new clients to achieve sales targets.
• Exceed profit and revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate CRM to forecast and manage the business.
• Produce detailed account plans for customers in your portfolio.
• Collaborate with Alliances and vendors to strengthen relationships.
• Drive attendance to customer technology days and events.
