The Practice Director is responsible for managing the ongoing alignment between the company's products and services with the needs, trends, and preferences of the assigned market segments. Serves as an SME to help Sales, Product, D&A, Pricing and other COEs fully understand

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years with state and federal agencies around SNAP, Medicaid, or means-tested programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as SME for assigned market segments for internal and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain market segment profiles to drive decision-making.
• Contribute to go-to-market plans and act as a content resource.
• Monitor needs, trends, compliance and influencers; advise actions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance to track capabilities and regulatory shifts.
• Partner with Account Executives on high-value public sector deals and craft value propositions.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable sales opportunities.
• Travel up to 50%.
