Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking a Practice Director to align products and services with the needs of federal and state government market segments. This role requires deep market knowledge, target market planning, and the ability to influence across sales, product, and pricing teams.

You will act as an SME, support development of policy-aligned offerings, and drive deal strategy with executive stakeholders across public sector accounts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with state and federal government agencies, esp. SNAP/Medicaid.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in solutions consulting or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned market segments for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain market segment profiles to drive decision-making and research as needed.
• Develop go-to-market plans for assigned markets segments and act as a content resource.
• Monitor regulatory shifts and воз present corrective action when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales, product, pricing, and other COEs to stay current on capabilities and benchmarks.
• Partner with Account Executives on complex public sector deals and present value propositions.
• Advise during discovery, pitch, and strategy meetings with high-level government stakeholders.
• Identify regulatory or budget drivers that accelerate procurement and deal velocity.
