Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Solutions Architect for a remote role serving the Finance & Insurance space. You will design scalable, secure architectures, drive integration with internal systems and third-party services, and ensure cost-effectiveness and performance.

You will collaborate with Product Owners to align strategy with technical needs, evaluate technologies, and set architectural standards while focusing on security and resilience. US-based remote candidates only.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
8-10 years in architecture/IT/business ops roles.
Strong API and integration skills; Azure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create detailed solution designs covering software, hardware, infrastructure, data, and security
Understand internal tech stack to design scalable and cost-effective solutions
Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to align product strategy and technical needs
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies to drive innovation
Define architectural standards and create design artifacts
Strategize for scalability and performance under varying conditions
Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards
Plan for integration with existing systems and third-party services
Optimize solutions for cost-effectiveness and resource management
Continuously monitor and adjust solution performance
