SHI is seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to lead our team of Public Sector Inside Account Executives. This leadership role focuses on building books of business, hitting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Manager will coach, mentor, and guide daily operations, sales activities, and professional development. The role requires overseeing a pipeline, coaching on multiple channels, managing the sales cycle, and leveraging SHI's tools to optimize

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in inside sales, account management, or sales leadership, preferably in IT or Public Sector.
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Account Executives to achieve sales targets and activity metrics.
• Oversee cold calling, prospecting, and profiling accounts to build robust sales pipelines.
• Guide team in developing and nurturing customer relationships via multiple channels (email, phone, in-person).
• Ensure achievement of quotas and pipeline growth; manage the full sales cycle from outreach to renewal.
• Provide guidance on SHI's tools and resources to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and internal departments to support account strategies.
