SHI International Corp. is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Public Sector Inside Account Executives. This role focuses on coaching, pipeline development, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years inside sales, account management, or sales leadership in IT/Public Sector.
• 2+ years sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and quotas.
• Experience engaging with C-Level executives.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Account Executives to achieve sales targets and activity metrics.
• Oversee cold calling, prospecting, and profiling to build robust pipelines.
• Cultivate customer relationships via email, phone, and in-person channels.
• Ensure quotas and activity goals are met, driving pipeline growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to renewal and delivery.
• Guide teams in leveraging SHI tools to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and other departments on account strategies.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer issues or challenges.
