Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Strategic Sales Director, Public Sector, to drive growth across federal, state, local, and educational markets. The role requires developing strategic client relationships, pursuing revenue opportunities, and leading complex sales initiatives with up to 50% travel.

You will partner with leadership to craft market growth strategies, manage national accounts, and advance EFI Global’s presence in public sector procurement and RFPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; licenses as needed.
• Ten years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and complex service agreements.
• Experience in the assigned business unit industry.
• Strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies for the Real Estate Business Unit.
• Expand executive-level relationships to identify opportunities and drive revenue.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations for strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to align sales plans.
• Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline with forecasts and updates.
• Represent EFI Global at industry events and thought leadership.
