Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a proven Strategic Sales Director to grow revenue and expand market presence in the Real Estate Business Unit across national accounts.

You will lead strategic sales planning, drive major client pursuits, and partner with operations, marketing, and leadership to align offerings with market needs while traveling up to 50% to cultivate relationships and win national opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred; licenses as needed.
• Ten years of sales/business development/account management experience in complex environments.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and negotiating complex service agreements.
• Experience in the assigned business unit industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes national sales strategies for growth.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national accounts and industry influencers.
• Identify opportunities within target client segments and emerging markets.
• Lead client presentations, proposal strategies, and contract discussions.
• Manage pipeline, forecasts, and market insights for leadership.
• Represent EFI Global at industry events and thought leadership activities.
