Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Specialist to champion logging, incident reconstruction, and analytics for public safety. You will guide 911 directors and municipal decision-makers, driving complex sales across the United States from a remote work setup.

The role requires 1+ years in public safety sales or 4+ years in related fields, with strong knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, NG911 i3, and CAD integration. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience, or 4+ years in related roles.
• Experience selling to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of P25, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD integration, and NG911 i3 standards.

Responsibilities

• Quota attainment: meet or exceed vertical sales targets consistently.
• Lead complex sales engagements with emergency dispatch centers and public safety buyers.
• Forecast revenue pipelines with accurate Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Lead end-to-end RFP responses and manage contract expansion opportunities.
