Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-project public safety initiatives from inception to completion. The role requires coordinating multi-track programs, aligning with business objectives, and ensuring smooth deployments across NG911 and related systems.

The position is remote with 25–50% travel in the Southeast region. Strong PMBOK adherence, cross-functional leadership, and vendor/customer relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of project management experience or 10+ years in PM.
• PgMP or PMP credentials strongly desired.
• Experience with public safety communications systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead program lifecycle across multiple project tracks from strategy to hand-off.
• Manage master program schedule with interdependencies and resources.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and revenue realization for multi-project programs.
• Run risk management, escalation, and quality governance across portfolios.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder meetings and governance boards.
