Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead large, complex deployment projects for public safety customers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive program success from inception through completion in a remote-ready US-based role.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in public safety project management, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate vendor relationships and risk management while aligning with sales strategy and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Public Safety, Project Management, or Program Management experience managing complex deployments.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
• Familiarity with CJIS Security and Privacy requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large programs or portions of very complex programs up to $10M.
• Direct and coordinate the work activities of project teams.
• Possess people management experience and may oversee other project managers or technical staff.
• Communicate with key customer stakeholders and contribute to sales strategy.
• Define program scope, objectives, plans, budgets and metrics for large projects.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including performance tracking and evaluation.
