Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead public safety deployment programs across the Southeast U.S. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, developing master plans, coordinating schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers and partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (5+ years experience) with strong PM skills; PgMP/PMP/CAPM certifications are highly desired, and experience with public safety systems is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience managing external customers facing deployment programs.
• PgMP, PMP and/or CAPM certifications strongly desired.
• Experience with Public Safety communications systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheets) and master schedules.

Mansioni

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closing following PMBOK standards.
• Develop and maintain a Master Project Plan and integrated change control.
• Coordinate scheduling, milestones, and delivery across teams.
• Serve as primary POC for customers and partners.
• Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, and steering reviews.
