Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex public safety initiatives, overseeing portfolios of interrelated projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes cross-functional governance, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment to deliver reliable deployments across NG911 and related systems.

The position requires strong PMBOK discipline, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 5+ years (or 10+ years) of program management, and willingness to travel 25–50%

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of project management experience OR 10+ years of experience in project management.
• CJIS Security and Privacy: Privileged Role certification requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Govern program lifecycle using PMBOK principles and oversee multiple project tracks.
• Lead scheduling, governance, and stakeholder alignment across public safety deployments.
• Manage program budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for multi-project efforts.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; escalate issues with mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with regional management and external partners to ensure program success.
