Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead large, cross‑functional drives within the Command Center portfolio, including CAD, Mobile, Records, Crime Analysis, and related applications for public safety customers.

This role requires managing budgets up to $10M, directing project teams, and partnering with customers and sales to align strategy, scope, and risk. Travel up to 75% is expected; remote work is allowed from the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Public Safety, Project Management, or Program Management experience managing complex deployments for government agencies.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance per government customers.

Responsibilities

• Leads large programs or portions of complex programs up to $10M.
• Directs and coordinates work activities of project teams.
• Manages project staff and may supervise other managers.
• Defines program scope, objectives, and budgets.
• Interfaces with senior stakeholders and customers.
