Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale Command Center deployments for public safety customers in a remote US-based role. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and drive project strategy from inception through completion.

The role requires 5+ years in Public Safety or Project Management, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Public Safety, Project Management, or Program Management experience managing complex deployments and/or software deployments for government agencies.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
• Remote position based in the United States; travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large programs or portions of very complex programs up to $10M.
• Coordinate work activities of project teams and manage resources.
• Communicate with key customer stakeholders and contribute to project strategy.
• Define scope, objectives, plans, budgets and metrics for large projects.
• Monitor project performance and ensure adherence to plan and budgets.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation actions.
