Mark43 is seeking a Compliance & Reporting Engineer to help build a brand-new team that creates configurable reports for new markets and jurisdictions. You’ll work with customer-facing teams to translate reporting needs into scalable technical solutions and shape the compliance reporting platform for growth.

You’ll design forms and workflows, write scripts in JavaScript/JSON, and help establish engineering standards while collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

Competenze

• Experience in public safety technology space.
• Experience building or configuring forms, workflows, or reporting solutions; Forms.io preferred.
• Experience with JavaScript and JSON or similar scripting/configuration languages.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Mansioni

• Build and configure reporting forms meeting state-specific compliance for new jurisdictions.
• Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Eng, Product, and Engineering to map reporting needs to scalable solutions.
• Develop configurable forms and workflows to reduce customization while meeting diverse requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot reporting and compliance challenges and identify product improvements.
• Help establish engineering standards and best practices for the new team.
• Write and maintain scripts using JavaScript, JSON, and related tech to support form config and automation.
• Improve internal docs and tooling to simplify compliance reporting.
