Job summary

The Emily Program is seeking a Provider Relations Specialist for a remote-based role with substantial travel across NYC, Manhattan, Westchester and surrounding areas in NY. You will cultivate and manage referring provider relationships, coordinate care, and drive business development within your territory.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/business development, experience with Salesforce, and a clinical or health services mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Must possess a current, valid S. Driver’s License.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication with colleagues and referral sources.
• Analyze territory, develop a comprehensive outreach plan, and implement strategies to win back business and grow the referral database.
• Develop and execute a quarterly and annual business development plan within the designated territory to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision makers to uncover needs and create community partnerships.
• Plan/attend conferences and networking events on behalf of The Emily Program.
• Respond to inquiries and provide support from first call through admission, ensuring coordination of care.
