Job summary

The Provider Operations Coordinator supports the provider lane by handling follow-ups, materials, and documentation to ensure complete provider files across systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative, sales-support, or coordinator experience.
• Strong written communication skills; drafting follow-up emails with staff.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through; manage many providers.
• High accuracy in data entry and documentation; catch gaps.
• Comfortable learning and working in case-management or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Provider Relations after each meeting or outreach by sending follow-up materials.
• Create and maintain a follow-up cadence for new providers and track owners.
• Serve as day-to-day admin contact with provider staff to gather missing information.
• Escalate questions to the Provider Relations team and keep stakeholders informed.
