Job summary

TopDog Law, Llc is seeking a Provider Operations Coordinator to support the provider relations team remotely. You will manage follow-ups, collect and update provider data, and ensure records are complete and accessible to case teams.

You’ll interact with provider admins, schedule meetings, and maintain materials while escalating issues to leadership as needed. Emphasis on HIPAA-compliant data handling and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, sales-support, or coordinator experience.
• Strong written communication skills; drafting professional emails.
• Exceptional organization and follow-through; manage many providers.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate across a small team.

Responsibilities

• Support Provider Relations after each provider meeting by sending materials and follow-ups.
• Create and maintain a follow-up cadence for new providers.
• Act as day-to-day contact with provider admin; request missing information.
• Escalate questions back to Provider Relations; keep owners informed.
