Job summary

TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Medical Compliance Coordinator to own medical treatment coordination and compliance across a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload. This fully remote, nationwide role connects clients, medical providers, case managers, and attorneys to ensure timely treatment and resolution of issues.

You will monitor treatment, address barriers, track referrals, and keep thorough notes in the case-management system, maintaining ownership until issues are resolved.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of clients, appointments, referrals, and follow-up tasks.
• Exceptional follow-through and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and compassionately with injured clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients' medical treatment and identify missed appointments.
• Proactively contact clients who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling.
• Coordinate medical appointments with providers (PT, orthopedics, pain management, neurology, imaging, surgical specialists).
• Track referrals and ensure treatment recommendations are completed.
• Coordinate transportation when needed and resolve barriers to treatment.
• Maintain case-management notes and compliant documentation.
• Escalate issues to attorneys or case managers when needed.
