Job summary

TopDog Law is seeking a Medical Compliance Coordinator to own medical treatment coordination and compliance across a high-volume plaintiff personal injury caseload. You will connect clients, providers, case managers, and attorneys, monitor treatment, and address missed appointments and barriers to care.

This fully remote role emphasizes ownership, proactive follow-up, and comprehensive documentation to protect client outcomes and cases.

• Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of clients and tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate compassionately with injured clients.
• Ability to identify problems and take action.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients' medical treatment and identify missed appointments or gaps.
• Proactively contact clients who miss appointments and assist with rescheduling.
• Coordinate scheduling for physical therapy, orthopedics, pain management, and other providers.
• Track referrals, imaging, and specialist consultations to completion.
• Identify and resolve barriers to treatment such as transportation or language issues.
• Maintain regular client communication on treatment status and next steps.
• Follow up after significant appointments to capture new diagnoses or referrals.
• Maintain and escalate unresolved treatment issues with appropriate staff.
