Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant to design and manage provider compensation programs across our national footprint. This remote role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to ensure market-aligned, compliant, and financially sustainable compensation plans.

You will use healthcare economics, data analytics, and regulatory knowledge to inform leadership decisions, drive workforce planning, and promote transparency with providers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 3 years in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration across HR, Finance, Legal, and operations.
