Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant to work remotely with eligibility across most states. You will shape and manage provider compensation programs, leveraging healthcare economics, regulatory compliance, and data analytics to ensure fair, competitive pay aligned with FMV.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and operations leaders to integrate compensation strategies with organizational goals, drive transparency, and support recruitment, retention, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, HR, Business, Finance, or related area.
3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

Responsibilities

Designs and manages provider compensation programs ensuring market benchmarks and FMV alignment.
Advises leadership on workforce planning and strategic compensation initiatives.
Collaborates with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance and operations to integrate compensation strategies with organizational goals.
