Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant to remotely shape and manage provider compensation programs, leveraging healthcare economics, regulatory acumen, and data analytics to align pay with market benchmarks and FMV.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to design plans, ensure legal compliance, support recruitment and retention, and communicate complex concepts to providers while safeguarding the organization from compliance risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, HR, business, finance or related area.
• 3 years experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management and project/change management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage provider compensation programs.
• Design compensation structures aligned with market benchmarks and FMV.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, compliance and operations to align compensation with organizational goals.
• Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and risk management.
