Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant to support remote work across most states. You will shape and manage compensation programs with a focus on FMV, regulatory compliance, and data analytics, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to align plans with strategic goals.

You will also guide workforce planning, promote transparent communication with providers, and help drive recruitment, retention, and performance initiatives within Providence’s patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.
