Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years Experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and strong project/change management skills.

• Shape and manage provider compensation programs aligned with market benchmarks and FMV.
