Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related area.
• 3 years experience in progressively responsible roles with compensation design and finance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage provider compensation programs that align with market benchmarks and FMV.
• Advise leadership on strategic workforce planning and regulatory compliance in compensation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to integrate compensation strategies.
