Job summary

Medrina is seeking a Provider Compensation Analyst to analyze and reconcile compensation for medical providers nationwide, including W‑2 employees and 1099 contractors. You will ensure accurate pay, support month‑end reporting, and provide insights to management.

The role requires collaboration with Payroll, HR, Recruiting, Accounting, and Operations, and includes occasional travel for training and meetings. Remote‑based in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare finance or revenue cycle.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience calculating providers’ compensation, with knowledge of wRVUs and CPT coding.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience communicating with medical providers.
• Strong data analytics skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/compensation software.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and track provider compensation for W‑2 and 1099 providers.
• Ensure timely, accurate pay and escalate unusual requests for approvals.
• Collaborate with Accounting on additional compensation (director pay, stipends).
• Maintain provider compensation dashboards and month‑end payroll reporting.
