You will analyze healthcare and financial data, advocate compensation strategies, and collaborate with Provider leaders to balance regulatory compliance with business goals. Remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of provider compensation experience including analysis of provider metrics.
• Proven external provider compensation consulting experience.
• Experience with provider productivity and compensation benchmark data.
• Experience with the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS).
• Experience leading complex, long-term projects to completion.
• Ability to partner with business leaders across a matrix organization.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel 10%-15%.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex provider compensation projects from design to implementation and maintenance.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of healthcare data to support program management.
• Develop compensation models and metrics aligned with organizational objectives.
• Assist in market positioning for total cash compensation.
• Build relationships with provider leaders to design effective compensation solutions.
• Participate in salary surveys and present market data to leadership.
• Analyze and validate provider earnings, RVUs, and productivity data for pay changes.
