Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to perform protection studies, develop protection models, and prep relay settings for SEL and GE relays. You will design and review transmission and distribution drawings, and collaborate across teams to ensure on-schedule project delivery.

The role includes travel and remote work options in the US. Ideal candidates have familiarity with PSCAD/ETAP/EasyPower/CYME, AutoCAD, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Experience preparing and reviewing protection and control drawings
• Familiar with AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Perform protection studies including model development and short circuit studies.
• Prepare relay setting files for SEL, GE relays.
• Prepare and review electrical drawings including single lines and panels.
• Generate and maintain data for engineering work, ensure timely project delivery.
• Execute on multiple tasks while meeting quality and budget objectives.
