Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Prospect Management Strategist to design and implement strategies for identifying, segmenting, and assigning prospects to boost fundraising outcomes.

You will partner with fundraising teams and analytics to improve donor management and portfolio performance while aligning with global development goals. Occasional travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related fundraising or prospect management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects and leading teams.
• Ability to create reports, analyze data, and communicate results to non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to support prospect identification, segmentation, and assignment recommendations.
• Collaborate with fundraising staff and analytics to guide major gift activity.
• Develop processes and communications to improve donor management quality.
• Travel occasionally and work long/flexible hours as needed.
