Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Prospect Management Specialist to advance identification, segmentation, and assignment processes for major gift prospects. You will work at the intersection of the art and science of fundraising within Global Development, collaborating with fundraising teams worldwide.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, project leadership, and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.
• Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers.
• Experience with current and evolving technology in relevant field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating reports, manipulating, and analysing data, and communicating results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to support prospect identification, segmentation, and assignment recommendations for the Conservancy's fundraising teams.
• Collaborate with Business Unit fundraising staff to conduct portfolio reviews and advise fundraisers.
• Provide information to support fundraising decision-making and improve workflows and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Prospect Management analytics staff to capture, analyze, and guide major gift activity.
• May travel occasionally and work long, flexible hours as needed.
