Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience generating and interpreting reports, and documenting processes.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data analysis, prospect identification systems, and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate tactics for modeling and identifying prospects at major gift level and above.
• Manage, track and report on key data for Prospect Development scope and priorities.
• Provide advice, recommendations, and training on modeling and prospect identification.
• Lead liaison with other business units regarding prospect identification and related resources.
• Lead training initiatives and develop documentation to improve systems and tools.
