Job summary

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Prospect Management Strategist to advance strategies for identifying, segmenting, and assigning high-potential donors across fundraising teams. You will work at the intersection of art and science, collaborating with global teams, analyzing major gift activity, and refining processes to improve workflows and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers.
• Experience with current and evolving technology in relevant field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating reports, manipulating, and analysing data, and communicating results to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to support prospect identification, segmentation, and assignment recommendations.
• Collaborate with fundraising staff across units to balance portfolios.
• Provide information to support fundraising decision-making and improve workflows.
• Capture, analyze, and provide guidance on major gift prospect activity.
• Travel occasionally and work long and flexible hours as needed.
