Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Prospect Management Strategist to support identification, segmentation, and assignment recommendations for fundraising teams. You will work with the Prospect Management team and analytics staff to improve donor management and fundraising workflows across global development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience managing and implementing multiple projects.
• Experience supervising staff, interns, and/or volunteers.
• Experience with current and evolving technology in relevant field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating reports, manipulating, and analysing data, and communicating results to non-technical audiences.
