Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Customer Proposals Specialist II to craft compelling responses to RFPs and related procurement documents for the FOLIO Library Services Platform and SaaS offerings. You will translate library workflows into customer‑facing language and coordinate multi‑team inputs to deliver accurate, timely proposals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or corporate environment with strong communications writing.
• 2+ years of writing, research, project coordination or proposal development.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop technically accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and related procurement documents for FOLIO and EBSCO SaaS.
• Analyze customer requirements to identify response needs, gaps and SMEs input.
• Research FOLIO capabilities, library workflows and integrations to craft complete responses.
• Coordinate proposal projects from initial review through submission and quality review.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Information Security, Legal and others to address requirements.
• Translate complex product information into clear language focused on customer needs and outcomes.
• Maintain and update the RFP content repository as products evolve.
• Review content for accuracy, consistency and compliance.
