Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Customer Proposals Specialist II to craft precise responses to RFPs and related procurement requests for FOLIO Library Services Platform and SaaS solutions. You will translate library workflows into customer-friendly language and manage cross-functional input from a range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or corporate environment with clear communications/writing experience.
• 2+ years of writing, research, project coordination, or proposal development.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, customer-focused responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and related documents.
• Analyze customer requirements and identify gaps or clarification needs.
• Research FOLIO capabilities, library workflows, and integrations to craft complete responses.
• Coordinate proposal projects from review to submission with timelines and quality reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Legal, and others.
• Translate technical library concepts into clear customer-focused language.
