You will work with Business Development and SMEs to design a compelling strategy, align deliverables with budgets, and ensure timely, compliant submissions across client programs. Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in CRO proposals and strong MS Office and CRM system experience, enabling precise budgeting and rapid collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in CRO proposals, pricing, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, finance, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong budgeting and client pricing track record.
• Excellent MS Office and data management skills.

Aufgaben

• Interpret and respond to RFPs/RFIs and craft persuasive proposals.
• Collaborate with BD leads and SMEs to shape strategy.
• Coordinate with SMEs to address sponsor questions.
• Build budgets outlining deliverables, pricing, resources and timelines.
• Support defense of proposals and budgets to sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal workflows leveraging technology.
• Maintain internal proposal libraries.
