Job summary

MMS is seeking a Proposal Manager in Seattle to lead response strategy for sponsor requests. You will collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to build competitive proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions.

Ideal candidates have CRO experience, 3–6 years in proposals/pricing, and strong MS Office and Ariba/Workday skills. The role offers growth in a global CRO with a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• CRO and clinical data terminology, drug development knowledge.
• 3–6 years in CRO proposals/pricing roles.
• Bachelor's in science/finance; advanced degree preferred.
• Records management in CRM and SharePoint with compliance.
• Experience mapping budgets in client grids; Ariba or Workday.
• Strong prioritization and time management.
• Lifecycle management of deliverables.
• Experience reviewing budgets and ensuring quality.
• Extensive experience writing and managing complex proposals.
• MS Office proficiency: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and assess RFPs or RFIs and craft responses differentiating MMS.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to address Sponsor needs.
• Coordinate with SMEs to address sponsor questions and concerns.
• Collect specifications and build budgets detailing deliverables, pricing, resources, and timelines.
• Support proposal and pricing defense to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal processes with technology to deliver quality on time.
• Maintain internal proposal and response libraries.
