Job summary

MMS is a data-focused CRO serving pharma, biotech and medical device clients with a scientific approach to trial data and regulatory submissions. The Senior Proposals/Contracts role translates sponsor requests into compelling, budgeted proposals and timelines.

You will collaborate with Business Development and SMEs to craft responses, defend pricing, and continuously improve proposal libraries and processes using CRM, SharePoint, Ariba, and Workday.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of CROs, scientific/clinical data, and drug development.
• 3–6 years’ experience in CRO proposals, pricing, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or finance; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong record of authoring and managing complex proposals.
• Proficiency with CRM, SharePoint, Ariba, Workday, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Interpret RFPs/RFIs and craft responses that differentiate MMS offering.
• Coordinate with Business Development leads and SMEs to shape strategy.
• Gather specifications, build budgets with deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
• Support pricing defense to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal processes and maintain internal libraries.
• Ensure records retention and proper file naming in CRM/SharePoint.
