Job summary

ACM Global Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Proposals Analyst to support clinical trials proposal and budget generation, collaborating with Global Proposals and Contracts across the organization.

You will review RFPs, assist strategy, coordinate pricing with global affiliates, develop SOPs, centralize RFIs, and help ensure timely delivery of proposals to clients while working with the Business Development team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS, or 3-8 years equivalent work experience in CRO, central laboratory or clinical trials.
• 2 years’ experience in Business or Sales Support setting.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Understanding of pricing and contractual documents desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
• Experience with industry leading tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical protocols and RFP materials to determine pricing and proposal strategy.
• Assist Head in strategy for proposal generation to optimize sales.
• Liaise between ACM and global affiliates to determine global pricing strategy.
• Assist with proposal and budget development, including standard operating procedures.
• Centralize and standardize Requests for Information (RFI).
• Assist in strategy creation and execution for global pricing; ensure pricing consistency.
