Job summary

Bioclinica is seeking a detail-oriented proposals specialist to join our pricing team. You will read RFPs and RFIs, work with project managers and functional owners, and help develop accurate costings and budgets for large trials and programs.

Responsibilities include collaborating with sales, science and operations to ensure timely proposals, applying standard pricing parameters, and maintaining documentation across the proposals library in line with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
• 1+ years contracts/proposals experience.
• Knowledge of basic legal concepts and experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Access.

Responsibilities

• Generate, analyze, and manage accurate and timely client proposals.
• Understand RFP/RFI requirements and collaborate with teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Develop costing parameters and budgets for trials and programs.
• Coordinate pricing strategy and approvals with stakeholders.
• Ensure proposals comply with SOPs and departmental standards.
• Meet deadlines and maintain proposal library documentation.
