Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in accounting/finance, sales support, PM or clinical trials.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate client proposals by analyzing RFPs, protocols, and GLSD with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare proposal revisions and amendments as required.
• Incorporate internal feedback into proposals during reviews.
• Ensure all proposal versions are filed per team requirements.
• Enter relevant information into Salesforce and Smartsheet for accurate metrics.
• Provide client price estimates across the organization.
• Assist in preparing contracts and LOIs when needed.
• Support RFP templates maintenance and pricing tools.
• Attend internal and client calls and participate in process improvements.
