Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is looking for a Specialist in Proposals and Client Services to oversee the coordination, preparation, and management of various proposals and client service functions. This role will also involve pricing analysis and mentoring junior associates.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in the clinical trial industry, particularly within a CRO environment, and must possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience preparing proposals and budgets for the clinical trial industry.
• High-level knowledge of Early Phase study designs including NHV and patient/multi-site studies.
• Full qualification in development of Strategic, Full Service, and Preferred Provider RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned RFPs and RFIs from receipt to final delivery.
• Prepare multiple, complex budget tools and associated client grids.
• Support Operations and Finance in management and reconciliation of invoicing.
