Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Proposal Writer for a remote US-based role. You will craft persuasive, fully compliant proposal narratives, translating client requirements into compelling value propositions.

You will collaborate with the Bid Manager to drive timelines and deliver high-impact, client-focused proposals. The role offers full-time, remote work with opportunities to travel for collaboration or training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in proposal or technical writing.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic writing or proposal development.
• Familiarity with compliance-heavy proposals and environments.

Responsibilities

• Own tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Analyze RFPs and questionnaires to identify requirements and hot buttons.
• Develop win themes and persuasive messaging aligned to client needs.
• Write and edit executive summaries, solutions, and compliance matrices.
