You will act as the project manager, content developer, and quality controller, coordinating with SMEs, sales, and delivery teams to craft compelling narratives and win themes.

In this remote role, you’ll manage timelines, ensure brand compliance, and drive submission readiness for global opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing bids, proposals, or responses in a professional services, consulting, or B2B environment.
• Strong project management and coordination skills; thrives on juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to edit, simplify, and tailor content to different client audiences.
• Familiarity with proposal structures, formal RFP responses, and portals like Ariba, Jaggaer, or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Review new RFPs and break down requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop proposal storylines, win themes, and outlines aligned to win strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Commercial and SMEs; draft and tailor content.
• Edit and proofread contributions to ensure clarity and brand compliance.
• Package, format, and finalize documents for submission.
• Track bid progress and update dashboards with status and metrics.
• Develop pitch decks and support oral presentations.
• Lead or support kickoff calls and lessons-learned reviews.
