Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Proposal Writer for a remote, full-time role in the United States. You will craft persuasive, compliant responses to RFIs and RFPs, translating client requirements into compelling narratives that showcase our value and differentiators.

The role partners with the Bid Manager to drive timelines and ensure high-quality submissions. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in strategic writing or proposal development, with familiarity in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in proposal or technical writing.
• (3+) years of experience in strategic writing, proposal development, or business communications.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven industries and proposal environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the tone, flow, and strategic messaging across all proposal content.
• Read and analyze RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires to identify requirements.
• Develop tailored win themes, value propositions, and persuasive messaging.
• Write and edit all narrative sections—executive summaries, solution descriptions, cover letters, compliance matrices.
• Work closely with Business Development teams and SMEs to shape win themes and ensure relevance.
• Translate SME input into clear client-facing content and ensure brand consistency.
• Propose visuals to enhance storytelling and facilitate complex ideas.
• Independently manage the full proposal lifecycle from analysis to final submission.
