Job summary

Precision AQ Proposals is seeking a seasoned proposal writer and/or copywriter to support the creation of capabilities presentations, RFIs, RFPs, and new business pitches for our Sales team.

You will curate team content, review RFIs/RFPs, and craft both narrative and summary content across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, ensuring messaging aligns with our brand. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales is key to evolving storytelling and assets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, content marketing, or presentations.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Curate information about Precision teams and offerings for compelling capabilities stories.
• Critically review RFIs and RFPs and tailor content to each opportunity.
• Draft narrative content and executive summaries for proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to craft cohesive stories.
• Follow brand guidelines for deliverables and train colleagues on storytelling.
• Maintain slide libraries and content repositories for Sales and other teams.
